Finally I watched The Watchmen. After I post the previous entry, I tell myself to stop whining and move my lazy bum to pyramid. So, the movie obviously would never be as good as the graphic novel, but I think this movie is not a bad adaptation. It loses some details, just like other comic/book inspired movie always have, but it maintain the main parts. Plus, it has nice opening credits.
Heard a joke once. Man goes to doctor. Says he's depressed. Says life seems harsh and cruel. Says he feels all alone in a threatening world where what lieas ahead is vague and uncertain. Doctor says, "Treatment is simple. Great clown Pogliacci is in town tonight. Go and see him. That should pick you up. Man burst into tears, "But doctor... I am Pogliacci" Good joke. Everybody laugh. Roll on snare drums. Curtains. -Rorschach
To me the quote is so sad. Who'll cheer up the "clowns" when they're sad?
